GWAC whiz. Woytek not only got the massive Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement V contract off the ground last May but also managed to upgrade its infrastructure to make it easier for federal customers to use. And she loaded the next-generation, multibillion-dollar IT contract with four times the number of suppliers as the previous iteration. SEWP V allows agency customers to buy hardware, software and services from tried-and-true contractors. Under Woytek's leadership, the contract is helping the government move quickly toward its goal of creating a flexible, leading-edge IT environment.
