Under his leadership, the Army’s ERP systems now simplify operations, optimize processes and provide leaders at all levels with an accurate enterprise view of business information to improve decision-making and planning capabilities. Culclasure’s commitment to reducing costs was evident in his development and implementation of a business process re-engineering effort that resulted in $43 million in cost avoidance, the retirement of 18 legacy systems and a $2 billion reduction in inventory costs.
