Culclasure oversees 11 programs valued at $10 billion, including two of the Army’s largest and most complex enterprise resource planning programs: the Global Combat Support System-Army and the Logistics Modernization Program. Under his leadership, the Army’s ERP systems now simplify operations, optimize processes and provide leaders at all levels with an accurate enterprise view of business information to improve decision-making and planning capabilities. Culclasure’s commitment to reducing costs was evident in his development and implementation of a business process re-engineering effort that resulted in $43 million in cost avoidance, the retirement of 18 legacy systems and a $2 billion reduction in inventory costs.
