Cloud seeder. Although moving to the cloud might be federal policy, it doesn’t happen on its own. It takes people like Duncan to lead the transformation from legacy systems to new technologies — and to do it with an eye on security, agility and innovation. He is at the center of the Intelligence Community Information Environment transition and is working to make the CIA’s Commercial Cloud Services experience better for the entire intelligence community. Along the way, Duncan has pioneered new cloud offerings and developed innovative approaches to acquiring cutting-edge shared services.
