Federal 100: David Eagles

Name: David Eagles
Title: Director, Center for Presidential Transition
Agency/Company: Partnership for Public Service

Amid a highly combative campaign, Eagles built a bipartisan initiative, and both teams began formal preparations earlier and with more personnel than ever before.
