Gallo played a crucial role in the launch of the 15-year, $50 billion Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions acquisition, the development of shared telecom expense management capabilities and the creation of the unified Office of Telecommunications Services at GSA. He was also instrumental in the integration of 11 regions and headquarters into a single national program. Gallo promoted interagency partnerships early on by organizing and leading Network Services 2020 meetings with executives from over a dozen agencies, and he continues to represent the program through his outreach to other organizations.
