DOD’s IT ambassador. As the program manager for DOD’s IT Exchange Program with the United Kingdom’s Ministry of Defence, Petrillo oversaw the deployment of an enterprise office productivity and collaboration tool. She was a key member of the team charged with executing the solution in the U.K., and in return, she brought back knowledge and skills to lead DOD’s deployment of the tool. Her expertise in program and acquisition management and her technical prowess had a significant impact on the implementation of the tactics, training and process re-engineering required to support the deployment of the software-as-a-service tool for unified capabilities.
