Blockchain trailblazer. Arrieta has since moved to a new role at the Department of Health and Human Services, but at GSA he led the largest IT contract in the world. Schedule 70 averages $15 billion in business annually and provides IT products and services to 1,000 federal, state and local customers. Under his leadership, GSA became the first federal organization to use blockchain to automate contract awards and modifications.
