Federal 100: Glenn Davidson

Name: Glenn Davidson
Title: Executive Director of Enterprise Services
Agency: Department of Commerce

Shared-services success story. Davidson made significant progress on the most mature shared-services program in the federal government. He set up a program management office to oversee Commerce’s enterprise services operations and presented a convincing case to his boss, Secretary Wilbur Ross, to enrich and expand the program.
