Name: Vicki D. Michetti
Title: Director, Defense Industrial Base Cybersecurity Program
Agency: Department of Defense

She modified the eligibility criteria so that all cleared defense contractors can participate and allowed companies to determine their level of participation. As one Federal 100 judge said, Michetti "has taken this to new heights."
