Protect and modernize. Last year, Wajsgras pushed his team to deliver innovations faster and, as a result, has worked to position Raytheon's IIS as a leader in cyber, analytics and automation. His team won the Department of Homeland Security's Development, Operations and Maintenance contract to defend against cyberthreats targeted at the .gov domain. The program protects the networks of more than 100 federal, state and local agencies and 16 critical infrastructure sectors. In addition, Wajsgras helped sponsor the largest cyber defense competition of its kind, giving college students from across the country the opportunity to test their skills at protecting a network against cyberthreats.
