Thanks to her efforts, the Marshals Service now has reliable core network access, email conferencing, warrant tracking, prisoner management tools and other bedrock services. She is also pioneering mobile access and cloud-based services to make the agency more cost-efficient while offering reliable, flexible services to users no matter where they are. Her mobility program, for instance, allows deputies to access key information anywhere and anytime, a critical function for officers who work in a high-stress environment where time is of the essence.
