Scale and speed for USMC. Edgin makes wearing two hats look effortless. As war room director, she built a team that adopted agile development techniques and scaled its Innovation Outpost Network to deliver capabilities in weeks. She also led an effort to harmonize disparate artificial intelligence projects by developing a governance structure, a process for prioritizing projects and an enterprise maturity model. But her seminal work may be publishing the Marine Corps Information Environment Enterprise Blueprint 1.0 ahead of schedule. As the first enterprise reference architecture to unify technical direction and resources, it could transform the delivery of intelligence, command and control capabilities in a contested environment.
