Protecting pandemic relief payments. Gioeli led the development of a critical component of the secure delivery of Economic Impact Payments to Americans during the pandemic: the Treasury Check Verification Service. TCVS has validated over 19 million checks at 600 financial institutions, and it owes much of its success to Gioeli’s ability to broker strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
