McNabb to QB Redskins and intell agencies?

Everybody in Washington knows that the Redskins have acuqired star quarterback Donovan McNabb from the Philadelphia Eagles. But McNabb may have another job once he arrives, according to Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair.

Blair, the country’s top intelligence officer, kicked off a speech at a conference on intelligence reform in Washington sponsored by the Bipartisan Policy Center on April 6, by announcing that that McNabb would soon be taking over as DNI. He was kidding of course. Or, was he?
