@Twitter: Two geeks, a life form and a TV show

"TV show idea: Two geeky teens create an organic life form that oversees service delivery across federal government. Title: 'Weird Zients'"
— Tweet by Dan Munz, employee at the General Services Administration (Twitter.com, July 26, 2010, 4:49 p.m.)

The 'Zients' reference is to Jeffrey Zients, soon to be the acting director of the Office of Management (and currently OMB's deputy director for management). Also as the federal chief performance officer, he's gung-ho for improving how the government operates.
