Dan Gordon, director of the Office of Management and Budget’s Office of Federal Procurement Policy, told the audience at an AFFIRM luncheon Thursday that he has learned a great deal about the world of IT from his office neighbor, federal CIO Vivek Kundra.

“I know where the off switch is on my computer," Gordon said, "and I know that if he says, ‘Cloud,’ I’m supposed to say, ‘First.’”
