Tinston steps into PEO role at Defense Logistics Agency

William Tinston, has been appointed to the Senior Executive Service and will take over as program executive officer for information operations at the Defense Logistics Agency, based in Fort Belvoir, Va.

According to a DOD release, Tinston previously served as an information technology specialist at DLA; he’s also served as DLA’s deputy program executive officer, a stint during which he received an FCW Federal 100 award in 2011.
