Booz Allen alum joins DOD as executive

The Defense Department has reached into the private sector to find a new executive. Mary Gillam, formerly an associate with Booz Allen Hamilton, has been appointed to the Senior Executive Service, where she will be director of technology and innovation in the Office of the Deputy Chief Management Officer, DOD announced.

DOD also appointed Andrew Haeuptle to the Senior Executive Service as director of business integration in the DCMO's office. Haeuptle was already with the office, previously as director of expeditionary business operations.
