DOD officials join Senior Executive Service

The Defense Department today saw the addition of three Senior Executive Service members.

In an Aug. 16 announcement, DOD Secretary Leon Panetta highlighted the following appointments:

William Keely has been assigned as deputy chief technology officer for mission assurance at the Defense Information Systems Agency. His prior role was as DISA’s director of field security operations.

Jill Eileen Stiglich has been tapped to serve as deputy director of program acquisition and strategic sourcing at the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics. Her most recent role was in the same office as supervisory contract specialist.

DOD also formally announced the appointment of Arati Prabhakar as the new director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, which was first reported in July.
