Kay Kapoor leaves Accenture

Kay Kapoor is leaving her job as head of Accenture Federal Services, Washington Technology reported on Sept. 14.

John Goodman, who’s the managing director in charge of defense and intelligence business at Accenture, will be interim head of Accenture Federal Services, according to the report.

Kapoor had the position since February 2011. There was no information available about why she is stepping down or where she is going.

    Kirstjen Nielsen, the first Homeland Security secretary with a background in cybersecurity, is being replaced on an acting basis by the Customs and Border Protection chief. Her last day is April 10.
