*** Washington Technology reports that the Department of Veterans Affairs is able to make on-ramp awards in its $22.3 billion T4NG (Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation) contract vehicle now that multiple protests have been dismissed by the Government Accountability Office.

*** Even as the nomination of Neera Tanden to serve as director of the Office of Management and Budget appears to be on pause, the Senate Homeland Security and Government Affairs Committee plans to hear from the nominees to serve as top deputies. The committee will host Shalanda D. Young, nominee to serve as deputy director for budget and Jason S. Miller, slated to serve as deputy director for management at a March 4 confirmation hearing.
