The Army is putting its new counter small drone strategy to the test with its first demonstration at Yuma Proving Ground, focusing on how to limit damage when facing direct threats.
The move comes days after the administration sanctioned Russia for its alleged role in the cyberattacks.
As recent attacks have demonstrated, supply chain risks extend to the software and update process as well.
*** Longtime FBI agent Scott McMillion was appointed to serve as the Bureau's first chief diversity officer, Director Chris Wray announced on Monday. McMillion will head the FBI's Office of Diversity and Inclusion.
*** Bipartisan leaders on the House Energy and Commerce Committee are looking to shore up the role of the National Telecommunications and Information Administration as the lead agency in managing federal spectrum. "As spectrum resources become more strained, it is crucial that the NTIA maintain leadership over all federal spectrum issues," committee leaders wrote in an April 19 letter.
