The makers of the TurboTax software, Intuit, have come out with their list of the 'Top 10 Tax Procrastinating Cities.' In the number one spot: San Diego.

The rest of the list:

* New York, NY
* San Francisco, Calif.
* Phoenix, Ariz.
* Tucson, Ariz.
* Atlanta, Ga.
* Los Angeles, Calif.

Washington did not make the list.
