So much for a quiet pre-holiday week

Just today, we got official word that Treasury has decided to dump TCE... and then we are all watching the Acquisition Advisory Panel's Web site, better know as the SARA Panel, for the final draft of that groups report. We had been hearing that it wouldn't be issued until sometime next month, but...

What happened to the quiet period before the holidays? I'm so far behind of my shopping, for goodness sake!
