Rudy calls on federal workforce cuts

So apparently former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani, speaking at the Heritage Foundation earlier this month, said he would plan to replace "just half of the estimated 42 percent of federal employees expected to retire by 2017," according to Federal Times. (The story is not online, so I cannot post to it.)

Of course, Hillary has called for doing away with scores of contractors... and Rudy would do away with feds.

OK... I'm sure they both will be doing away with the associated tasks, right?

Watch Rudy for yourself above.
