Welcome Reagan Barbara Young

Yes, Tim Young, the Office of Management and Budgets associate administrator for information technology and e-government, and his wife Michele gave birth to a baby girl on Friday.

Here is a note from Tim:

With many blessings and great pride, Michele and I introduce Reagan Barbara Young, our 7 lb, 13 ounce, 20 inch daughter born 8:40 am Friday at Georgetown University Hospital, Washington, DC. "Reagan" is a family name on both sides of our family and "Barbara" is the name of both grandmothers.

Baby, mommy, and -- of course, daddy -- are all doing well. A few pics attached of the new family. Thank you for your prayers and support throughout this pregnancy.

We are, to say the least, overjoyed.

Congratulations to the proud and very happy parents...and wow! They all look great!
