A new Treasury CIO to be announced soon

UPDATE: It's official. Michael Duffy, deputy CIO of e-government at the Justice Department, is the new Treasury Department chief information officer. Read the story here.

We have been hearing that the new CIO at the Treasury Department was going to be announced any time now. We are hearing that Michael Duffy from the Justice Department is the likely choice and that it could be announced any time -- even today.
