Welcome Mara Francesca Tiboni

Some of you may remember Frank Tiboni, FCW's former Defense Department reporter. Tiboni left FCW a few years ago to become a fed at one of the agencies that doesn't really have to report its budget numbers. Let's just leave it at that, OK?

Tiboni and his wife, Rita Hughes, recently gave birth to their first child, Mara Francesca. The couple reports that all are doing well.

Congratulations to them all.
