FCW Insider: Welcome a new Armstrong

It's always good to take a moment out to welcome a fresh face in to the world. 1105 Government Information Group President Anne Armstrong became a grandmother -- times two -- this morning just after 5a when Elinor Arden Pierce arrived in the world weighing in at 7 lbs. 5 oz. and 20-inches long.

Elinor joins her brother, Sawyer. We congratulate Anne and her daughter.
