How is gov 2.0 like a cowboy in an office?

Federal Computer Week is now seeking entries for the FCW Challenge Caption Contest.

Cartoonist John Klossner provided the drawing shown below. Your job is to write dialogue or a caption that gives it a government 2.0 theme — and that gives us a good laugh. Submit your entry as a comment to this blog. The winner will be announced in the June 14 issue of Federal Computer Week.

This contest is part of the FCW Challenge, a joint project of FCW and GovLoop, a social network for the federal employees. The FCW Challenge invites readers at FCW.com and GovLoop to weigh in on the big debates about Gov 2.0, including social networking, open-government plans, Acquisition 2.0, the IT agenda for government CIOs, the new federal workplace, and cybersecurity.

We will devote the entire June 14 issue to contributions from readers like you. To learn more, visit FCW.com/fcwchallenge.
