Work in Progess: The search engine puzzle (Feb. 18)

Recent reports have identified the problem of government Website data not showing up on Web search engines like Google. The result is that the public information is essentially invisible to citizens looking for it on the Web. FCW contributor John Moore will shed some light on exactly why this problem is happening and what steps managers can take to fix it
