Last winter’s Washington, D.C. snowstorms opened many eyes about the feasibility and benefits of having employees telework, even though some agencies did not have a formal work-from-home program in place. This story will provide a checklist of the technology and policy elements needed to securely and effectively enable occasional and more regular work from home.
