Many signs point to smart phones, tablets and other forms of portable devices becoming the primary platform people will use for their workplace chores, wrestling that role away from traditional desktop PCs. This FCW special report will look at the emerging technologies that will enable this next chapter of enterprise computing, from desktop virtualization and mobile applications to 4G wireless networks and cloud services.
