Open Waters is a free, one-day event will help government and military leaders, business people, and students better understand the fast-growing phenomenon of open source software. The goal of the Open Waters event is to share the knowledge and best practices you'll need to effectively use open source software in your company. From evaluation to implementation, to quality and continuous improvement, this event will provide you with the tools you need to put open source to work for you. Attendees will benefit from sessions with industry experts who will discuss different aspects of open source in the enterprise, small business, government, and the military.
