This year's theme, Delivering Agility with Discipline, explores the idea that discipline and agility are separate but not opposing concepts. The TSP Symposium 2012 will discuss agility within the context of the TSP. There are many ways to define agility, such as responsiveness or the ability to adapt, but the uniting concept is discipline. Agility requires a disciplined, defined approach involving making work plans, following those plans, and recognizing that changes can be made based on information gathered along the way. Discipline is the robust path to agility. We look forward to exploring the challenges and solutions moving forward to make agile work for you. New Data, New Techniques, New Approaches The TSP Symposium 2012 features tutorials, keynote sessions, and technical presentations from both new and long-time users of the TSP, all designed to help you to build on TSP’s solid foundation and explore the next generation of implementation. Attend the TSP Symposium 2012 and learn about: 1. Different challenges experienced by other organizations and what they do to overcome them. 2. How you can achieve measurable success with TSP not just with your teams, but throughout your organization. 3. How the TSP’s disciplined, defined approach can help bring clarity to challenges associated with agility. 4. New designs…new testing techniques…new ways that TSP can work for you.

TSP coaches, team leads, and executives--as well as individuals who are interested in potentially adopting TSP in their organizations--will benefit from the learnings presented at the TSP Symposium 2012.
