Defense expected to announce cyber command Monday

The Defense Department on Monday is expected to announce the long-waited and much expected plan to establish a cybersecurity command. Defense deputy secretary William Lynn is scheduled to speak June 15 at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, where he will make the announcement.
