1. Multi-Agency Communication Center. The EPA representative at the MACC
could activate the EPA's response resources, including hazardous materials
teams.
2. Main FEMA Regional Operation Center. The main center in Philadelphia
had T-1 lines and secure voice and data capabilities.
3. Alternate FEMA Regional Operation Center. Located at the Army Reserve
Center at Willow Grove Naval Air Station, Horsham, Pa.
4. Philadelphia Emergency Operations Center. Staffed by EPA personnel.
5. EPA Regional Response Center. Operated 24 hours a day.
