This is in regard to "Feds rack up travel card debt" [FCW.com, May 3, 2001].

Some of this is self-inflicted. When I traveled, I had to use the government travel card. You are given no choice. Everyone in the government WILL have a credit card.

Some will run into the dummy rule: 90 percent of everything OK, 10 percent will dummy up. You are looking at the 10 percent dummy results. This is simply the result of greed on the part of the credit card companies themselves; now they are crying over the 10 percent dummy rule. Wise up.
