Workforce catches 'flack'

I find it interesting but not surprising that a political flack would ascribe the problems within government information technology to be those of the employees and not those of their managers ["Daniels: Fed IT workers not the best"].

If we are to accept that government workers are substandard or at least of lesser quality than the workers that name-brand commercial firms can acquire then the same should be said of the inferior and lesser-quality managers that so desire to lead these talentless IT workers.

Daniels obviously is tainted by the company he keeps and must be regarded as no better than they are. What an inspired leadership example he provides publicly castigating a workforce than is burdened by political flacks and commercially unfit despots.
