RSIS to provide NASA support

Glenn Research Center awards RS Information Systems a contract for IT services

NASA's Glenn Research Center in Cleveland has awarded RS Information Systems Inc. (RSIS) a $61 million contract for information technology and other support services.

The performance-based deal, which starts June 1, is a follow-on to an existing agreement. It covers such areas as business systems and applications, computational scientific services, advanced networking systems, technology development, facilities and emerging technology.

This latest contract has a three-year base, with a two-year option.

RSIS, which is based in McLean, Va., graduated from the 8(a) program earlier this year.
