Why do people love Google?

Why do people love Google? It is the small things. For example, if you visited Google today, instead of the normal "Google" logo, you saw this:

It is "Google" in braille to commemoriate Lewis Braille's birthday.

I pointed it out to a good friend and she merely summed it up perfectly. "I love Google; it is like Nordstrom's, it makes me happy just going there."
