Citizen engagement center contracts were a key part of the $400 million acquisition and integration of General Dynamics IT assets. In addition to helping the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, IRS, Social Security Administration and the departments of Veterans Affairs, Education and Commerce better connect with their customers, Romeo also serves as chairman of the Professional Services Council’s nominating committee.
