He brings 20+ years of process and methodology expertise to providing leadership, guidance and solutions to complex business and IT problems involving IT service management, compliance and cybersecurity. He has established multiple Portfolio Management Offices (PMO), IT Business Management Offices (BMO), Service Management Offices (SMO) and process teams across many industries.
Previously as a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Lance developed the itDNA Process Model combining multiple IT management frameworks, architectures standards and methodologies into proven business-aligned and value-focused IT service solutions in a robust operating model. He has led many transformation, service portfolio management and operational excellence programs optimizing organizational change and improved value realization. Lance has received multiple industry awards and holds multiple certifications including: Certified ITIL® Expert, Certified ISO/IEC 20000 Consultant, Certified Information Systems Auditor and a Cybersecurity Certification from MIT.
