Mr. Gene Hayman is a Vice President, Division Manager for CACI International Inc. He currently leads a division that provides integrated technology solutions in support of large mission-critical environments. Mr. Hayman has almost thirty years of experience in the aerospace, transportation, and information technology industries serving in several key executive positions throughout his career.

Mr. Hayman came to CACI from the acquisition of L-3 Communication’s services division. There he served as Vice President of the company’s federal civilian market. He led the development and execution of the business strategy supporting operational and technology needs of their government customers.

Prior to his arrival at L-3, Mr. Hayman worked for Boeing’s Air Traffic Management division. His work included providing support and counsel to the U.S. government, international governments, and air navigation service providers as they modernize and transform their air transportation systems. He provided thought leadership on policy, operational, and technical issues to FAA, NASA, international Air Navigation Service Providers, International Civil Aviation Organization, NATO, commercial airlines and other aviation stakeholders. These initiatives included developing operational concepts and technology solutions for air traffic modernization efforts in the U.S., Europe, Australia, and China.

Mr. Hayman also held executive positions at Hewlett Packard (HP) where he served as client management for the transportation sector and KENROB where he served as COO and CTO. In each of these positions he leveraged his expertise in strategic planning, operations, and technology to develop comprehensive technology-based solutions focused on growth within the aviation and IT markets.
