Evan Davis

Vice President, Strategy and Lean Management,

Evan Davis serves as Vice President of Strategy and Lean Management for General Dynamics Information Technology. In this role, he provides leadership and strategic guidance in the areas of contact center excellence and business process improvement.

Mr. Davis has more than 15 years of experience in government contracting and contact centers. He has operated both shared service organizations and contact center operations, overseeing more than 15,000 staff. Teams under his guidance combine customer-experience oriented data gathering and analysis with Lean Six Sigma process improvement to achieve targeted improvements to end-user experience.

Prior to joining General Dynamics Information Technology, Mr. Davis directed contact center operations at Lockheed Martin. In this position, Mr. Davis implemented federal contact center strategy and modified processes to consistently improve profitability and efficiency.

Mr. Davis has a BS in Computer Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
