Mr. Everett serves as the Executive Director for Demand Management in the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO). EPMO serves as the “control tower” for the Office of Information and Technology’s (OIT) major initiatives, monitoring key information like status and risks to improve project execution and deliver better outcomes to our VA business partners and Veterans. The EPMO mission is to provide a consolidated enterprise-wide approach to identify, select, prioritize, and successfully execute a technology portfolio of projects.
Prior to coming to VA, Mr. Everett worked as an SES employee for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in the Information and Technology Branch. Mr. Everett’s private sector experience includes telecommunications and IT experience in companies such as Loral Terracom, Unisys, and SAIC. He also served for 24 years as a Special Forces Officer (Green Beret) in the U.S. Army.
Mr. Everett is an artist who has had several shows at art galleries in New Jersey and Virginia and has won two awards for his paintings. He is married with a blended family of six children and six grandchildren.
