Mr. Jason Prow, an IBM Global Business Services Partner, has spent his 13 year career serving Public Service clients globally.
He currently serves as IBM’s Public Service Cognitive Process Automation Practice Leader and is responsible for the evolution of next generation process improvement and automation offerings the company brings to the government and education markets.
In this role, he’s responsible for developing the company’s market-specific capabilities, establishing and maintaining market identity and developing a process oriented community. He leads a diverse community of 100 practitioners specializing in process improvement methods and process automation technologies including robotic process automation. Along with his team, he has led a multitude of performance improvements efforts resulting in over $100M dollars in costs saving while increasing overall productivity of Public Service operations.
Mr. Prow is eminent in the market with a focus on performance improvement thru automation, authoring blogs, speaking at multiple industry forums, and is a member of the ACT/IAC Intelligent Automation Working Group.
