David J. Harrity is the Associate Chief Information Officer for Enterprise Infrastructure & Operations at the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). In his role, he leads government and contractor personnel to initiate, broker, integrate and orchestrate a full range of enterprise-wide digital and IT services including the customer service desk, local support; end-point computing services; storage, identify management and server solutions; cloud computing, engineering, DevOps, managed services; and mobile and remote access technologies. He previously served as Chief Network Services at the U.S. Department of Education (ED) and held consulting roles at CSC, SAIC, and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young / Sogeti USA following 10 years in the U.S. Navy. Harrity has a M.S. in Management of IT from University of Virginia, and a B.S. in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University. He is a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute and holds more than 10 management and IT professional certifications.
