Executive sponsor of the government-wide Robotic Process Automation Community of Practice
In just 100 days, GSA expanded a pilot program for robotic process automation into an agency-wide resource that improves the allocation of human resources to better advance GSA’s mission. RPA automates tasks – not jobs – to liberate workers from routine work, such as data entry. The shift provides workers more time to conduct data analysis and other high-level work. The result is greater productivity, worker engagement and quality of life. This session will explore several aspects of GSA’s robotic process automation initiative:
- -- Deploying an RPA program
- -- Progress to date
- -- Program evolution
- -- RPA community of practice
- -- Lessons learned and best practices
