Chief, Cyber Threat and Risk Analysis
National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center
U.S. Department of Homeland Security
(Pending Agency Approval)
The nation's newest agency, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, was created in November to serve as the nation’s risk advisor. It works with partners across all levels of government and in the private sector to defend against today’s threats and secure tomorrow’s infrastructure. When adversaries threaten our nation on the cyber front, CISA works with its partners to understand what it all means – what the true risk is – and, more importantly, figure out what to do about it. Collaboration is critical to our collective success, and Rex Booth will discuss how agencies can manage cyber risk - for themselves and others - by pushing beyond mere compliance.
